This study deals with language attitudes among college-students toward English in LP3I Polytechnic of Medan. It was aimed to investigate thr types of the attitudes among the college-students, the levels of attitudes by the college-students at LP3I Polytechnic of Medan towards English realized and the reason or the factors why do they have the attitude such the way it is. This study used descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research were 18 college-students from Business Administration Majority for second semester in LP3I Polytechnic of Medan. The object of this study were the language attitudes of the college-students in LP3I Polytechnic of Medan towards English. The data were analyzed by using the Interactive Model by Miles, Huberman and Saldana. Based on the data analyzed, the college-students in LP3I Polytechnic of Medan showed negative attitude toward English. Then the college-students have negative in the level of receiving, responding, valuing and interternalizing values. On the other hand the college-studens have positive attitude in toward English in the level of organizing. The collge-students have positive and negative attitude toward English because some factors, such as internal factor and external factor.
