Peer Review Process
Peer Review Mechanism
The journal adopts a double-blind peer-review mechanism, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the evaluation process. Each manuscript is subjected to a rigorous assessment involving three reviewers, comprising two external experts and one member of the editorial board. This procedure is designed to ensure objectivity, fairness, and academic integrity, while reducing potential bias and conflicts of interest.
Publication decisions—whether acceptance or rejection—are determined based on the reviewers’ recommendations. In instances of conflicting evaluations, the Editor-in-Chief critically examines all feedback and may either render a balanced judgment or initiate an additional round of peer review to guarantee a comprehensive and impartial assessment.
