Submission of a manuscript indicates that the work has not been previously published, except in the form of an abstract, a published lecture, or an academic thesis, and that it is not currently under consideration by another publication. It further confirms that all listed authors have approved the submission and that the relevant authorities, where the research was conducted, have granted either explicit or implicit authorization. Upon acceptance, the manuscript must not be published elsewhere in the same form, whether in English or any other language, without prior written permission from the Publisher.

Copyright of published articles remains with the authors, while the journal is granted the right of first publication. The journal and publisher assume no responsibility for any subsequent use of the published work.
